Any time they are naked the bits will show. For my videos, I mainly use skin overlays by Terfearrance (1000formsoffear) - they have a wide variety of free skin overlays (some are early access patreon, I only use the free ones anyway) and for the penis, I used Simdulgence's which can be found here on LoversLab.
